You should take the Sprain Brook Parkway in Westchester County
(which turns into the Taconic Parkway).
Follow the Taconic Parkway all the way up to Fishkill/Carmel (Route 59),
but DO NOT EXIT AT ROUTE 52 (YOU WILL BE IN TRAFFIC the rest of the way!)
You should exit a little further past this exit at Beekman Road (9) , TURN RIGHT
and TURN RIGHT AGAIN onto Phillips Road which will wind around and back in
the direction you came from (South) until intersection of Route 216 - you can't
miss it - all the traffic from the previous exit will be here - turn left on Route 216
and the Stormville Airport is just down the street.

If you are feeling a little more adventurous, you can continue on a bit further west (about 20 minutes) to the White Elephant Flea Market (which is also terrific!). Ask about it if you are interested.
