To the Class of SHHS 1977
To the organizers of this group, you guys were absolutely amazing. You sure know how to throw a good party. Your kids would be very proud of you.
To those of you who were present, the energy of everyone was beyond what I imagined. You all were wonderful and I had a great time speaking with all of you. I enjoyed trying to guess your names and sometimes I was actually right.
To our classmates who didn't make it, I am sorry that I didn't get a chance to see you again and share the same energy that I experienced from this evening. I was asked a question by Terry Pasquale as to why I would show up this time and never have before. I told her that as I got older and experienced the good and bad moments of life, I felt it was important to make contact with my past and see an important part of the product I've become. Now I know why I curse so much.
I am embarrased to say that I wasn't aware of the classmates that have passed since our graduation. It just goes to show you that everday is a gift and I'm glad to say that I spent that one day with all of you.
I look forward to seeing you all and hopefully more of you again at future reunions.Until then I wish you all health and happiness. Try to stay warm.
