We're 60! Woo Hoo! Let's party!

Dear Shuvanik,

Yes, it’s been 10 years since our last reunion and we’ve had many requests to have a reunion in honor of our 60^th birthday.

We’re looking at Thanksgiving weekend (not in Baltimore or Pittsburgh ), probably in the Jerusalem area. The date is November 24-25, 2017.  

Some ideas are to have an optional tiyul on Friday, maybe a Saturday night tochit.  

We need help in the following:  

1. Accommodations: Choosing a hotel and negotiating prices, finding out the easiest way to make payments, choosing menus (if possible), times or meals/davening etc.
2. Tochnit: a committee to plan divrei Torah, games, speakers, programs etc.
3. Gathering email addresses: some of the addresses we had 10 years ago are no longer valid and we don’t have information for a number of people.
   

We will probably open a private Facebook group for those who want to be on it (not everyone ‘does’ facebook). We will NOT have a whatsapp group because it’ll make everyone crazy.

We had over 100 participants for our 50^th birthday and we would love to see more Shuvaniks from the states come this time.  We miss you!!  Please let us know if this date is good for you, or suggest an alternative.
