Viewing data that has been produced by Shetran as output in an HDF file (.h5 file) is difficult. Below is a link to a Dropbox file where there are some Python scrips that should make it easier to view this data. This is all "work in progress" and once it has been tested a bit more I will put everything on the website. There is a very basic manual (Shetran Python Scripts.docx), which suggests using Anaconda for Windows 2.7 (which is free).
https://www.dropbox.com/s/c19f4f1f797fy5c/python-shetran-scripts.zip?dl=0There is also a script to compare measured and simulated discharges (produced by Liz Lewis).
The scripts are just a starting point so feel free to modify and improve them (my knowledge of Python is still fairly basic). Any new ones I will add to the list. I would also welcome any feedback.

Steve
