Hotstart

The hotstart in Shetran now works correctly. What this means is that you can run a simulation as previously, but then run the simulation again but starting part way through and producing the same results. This is powerful as it give the option of changing parameter values or the meteorological data in the hot start simulations.

The dropbox link has an updated executable, an example dataset and a Readme-hotstart.txt file.
