Hi, there is a contaminant transport component in Shetran. This has been used in the past for radionuclide transport and nitrate transport. The equations can be seen here: http://research.ncl.ac.uk/shetran/contaminant%20transport%20equations.pdf. If you look in the Slapton example in the standard version of Shetran you can see how it is implemented.
