Retrieve Assets Checked Out at Location?

Would like to be able to retrieve all Checked Out assets for a location. I am able to do this for a user but not for a location. As of now the only thing I can do it retrieve all assets for a location. Is there any way to limit this to just get those items where "checkout_id" <> 0?
