Hey Eugene
Chris is currently testing out the APIs. They are the ones that have requested the API calls to update locations in user’s profile.
They are trying to get their access to their new instance. Can you see that is causing this issue.
Thanks!

Subject: Update and question….
Patrick,
I was able to finally get all of the assets imported. Now have over 35,000 assets.
Am now working on getting API tests up and running so I can update the Location for all of those accounts via the API (once it’s available). Since the new instance was put into place, I can’t seem to get authorized through the API. I have changed my API key but get nothing using this key. I have even regenerated the key without success. Any idea why I can’t authenticate to API?
FYI….
Using Postman with Basic Authorization calling https://api.sherpadesk.com/login returns 403 error (Action denied: /login INCORRECT LOGIN OR PASSWORD). I am able to use same user id and password on the browser side to login so not sure what is up.
