Hello and good evening~
We are looking forward to Saturday, the memorial concert should be a wonderful time for everyone to honor Brett Bowen and come together as a community.Â
A few things to know:
First- the event is scheduled to officially start at
3pm, but people will likely start arriving at 2pm.Â
Second- We need volunteers!Â
Setup will start around
11am, and we hope to be done by
2pm so people can relax and visit.Â
If you can help out with anything on the list below, it would be greatly appreciated, this is so the work doesn't all fall onto just a few people. You do not have to volunteer for the whole event, you can help out with any portion of the event that you can.
I know our community loves to take care of one another, so I have no doubt that people will volunteer.Â
The teardown is a very important part of volunteering Saturday so that we leave the church in perfect condition for their Sunday morning services.Â
A few people who start breaking down and cleaning early can help everyone get home before it gets too late.Â
