Hello and good evening~
We are looking forward to Saturday, the memorial concert should be a wonderful time for everyone to honor Brett Bowen and come together as a community. 

A few things to know:
First- the event is scheduled to officially start at 3pm, but people will likely start arriving at 2pm. 

Second- We need volunteers! 
Setup will start around 11am, and we hope to be done by 2pm so people can relax and visit. 
If you can help out with anything on the list below, it would be greatly appreciated, this is so the work doesn't all fall onto just a few people. You do not have to volunteer for the whole event, you can help out with any portion of the event that you can. I know our community loves to take care of one another, so I have no doubt that people will volunteer. 

The teardown is a very important part of volunteering Saturday so that we leave the church in perfect condition for their Sunday morning services. 
A few people who start breaking down and cleaning early can help everyone get home before it gets too late.

Facility opens for setup at 11am.
Volunteer needs
Setup	11am to 2pm
Clear main floor of church
	Moving chairs to the side.
	Move podium.
	Moving other church furniture .
Protecting Carpet
	Laying down plastic carpet protector.
Moving Carrying
	Carrying boards in from trailer for dance floor.
	Taping boards for dance floor.
	Carrying in sound equipment from trailer.
	Carrying in flowers and table decorations from vehicles
	Carrying in food and other things from vehicles.
	Carrying tables and chairs up from basement and setting up tables.
Setup
	Cover tables with table clothes.
	Setup flowers and place on tables.
	Help with other decorations.
	Help setup stage.
	Help with lighting.
Teardown	8pm to 11pm
Breakdown main floor
	Remove tables with table clothes.
	Give away flowers .
	Remove other decorations.
	Help breakdown stage.
	Breakdown lighting.
	Bag up left overs.
Moving Carrying
	Untape boards for dance floor.
	Carry dancefloor boards to trailer.
	Carry out sound equipment to trailer.
	Carry remaining decorations vehicles.
	Carrying tables and chairs back to basement.
Cleaning
	Pull up carpet protector film.
	Vacuum and Look for messes that need cleaned up.
	Help Donald clean downstairs if needed.
Reset main floor of church
	Moving chairs back.
	Move podium.
	Moving other church furniture .
