Steve Mullins (Guitar, mandolin, tambura, bouzouki)
James Hoskins(cello, gudulka, vocals, zurna)
Jesse Manno(drums, vocals)
Meg York(clarinet, kaval)
Loren Olds(vocals)
Performing music of Bulgaria, Macedonia, Greece, Serbia, Rumania,
etc.
Starts at 8 PM $8 members/$10 non.

Also, "River Story" is returning to Boulder for two library shows this
Sat. Nov. 7th:
Based on a traditional Bulgarian folk tale, "River Story" is an
uplifting and
engaging shadow/puppet play for all ages. Created by Margarita Blush
--who
also performs with the puppet 'Zlatka, the girl made of gold', the
play also stars
Betsy Tobin, creator of the puppets, as the 'evil stepmother', and
Lucia Rich
playing the part of the 'evil stepsister'. James Hoskins is playing
original music
composed for the show on cello and gudulka. Some traditional Bulgarian
folk songs
as well, and a variety of percussion/sound-effects.
