Hello Parents and true supportersHere is some last minute info about tonights Hunger games Event.
1. We meet at 7 pm in the Student Lounge with everything we need to spend the night. The floor is hard and pads are good
2. Students should bring a personalized JUICE BOTTLE and large bottle of Juice to share.
3. We will be playing games and learning about World wide Hunger issues and how they can help. Some of the content is emotionally powerful.
4. We will attend church and then be picked up NO SOONER than noon.
5. Students have been asked to start getting sponsors, They do not need to turn in their packs/money tonight. We want to get them excited to gather more $$ at this event.
6. This event is FREE
Other news a optional $3 PIZZA PARTY WILL BE HELD from 5:30 till 7:00 at the student lounge to Kick off the fast and to meet and greet our guest Choir from The Presbyterian Pan American School.
GRAD INFO
If your student is moving from 5th-6th, 8th-9th or 12th- college We want to celebrate them and you at church on May 6th 9:30/11:00. Please be part of our Grad recognition Sunday.
Also for the GRAD EVENT NIGHT ( for the whole family) 6:30 pm, We need pictures of your student PRONTO. For Seniors we need about 50 good pictures and a video interview. For all others I need about 5 good pics for the show. Please Email your photos and get a confirmation from me I that I got them. For Seniors please put them on a flash drive or Cd. Also please confirm I have them.
Do not forget to start writing out your the Parents Prayer for your student! The Grad Event is not a dinner....there will however be tasty finger foods available. This Event is FREE and for the whole family.
