Hey true and true family supporters!
I know that the summer has been going great.... And we have more great news for y'all Today.
First we have found room to fit a few more students on the great escape July 22-28 camp for 6th-8th graders. This is possibly going to be the best camp of this summer! Horseback riding, archery, riflery, water blob, road trip ever. If you wanna go please let me know ASAP so we can make it happen. Time is of the essence now.
Second Wes's summer special Wednesday nights for mid high and high school start in August. Bowling, lasertag, Jumpoline and more. Keep an eye on the true student ministry facebook pages for when and where. It's fun at an awesome location with a lesson attached.
We can't wait to see you all back at true and true parent gatherings when school starts up. We have big plans and changes in store for you this year. So start prepping your friends cause you will be inviting them.
As our group has grown huge this year we need to find another 10-15 volunteers who love Jesus and love kids. Please ask yourself, is this me? Could I be a leader in the student ministry cause we need you. We expect well over 150 kids each week this year and our success depends on finding great volunteers like you. We prep, equip and train you for just about everything. Plus it's tons of fun.
We also need some forward thinking parent types for new true committees for tween/middle & high school.
