Good morning,
It’s time to save the date for Mayor Lauretti’s Annual City Holiday Party. This year it will be held on Wednesday, January 21st at Parker, from 5-9pm. Last year I requested that the chairperson for each board & commission handle rsvp’s from their members and this year will be the same. Above I have attached the invitation and response form. Please return the response form by Wednesday, January 14th. You can return it to me at the Mayor’s office or through email. Any questions please feel free to contact me.

Gil, you just beat me to it. For our new members, this is the annual party that is only for City employees and official members of commissions and committees (no spouses etc). Everyone should let me know if you do or do not plan to attend. I’m required to give them a head count.
