Meeting times

Hello gang,
Update on available meeting times at City Hall: the Mayor does not want any meetings starting later than 6:00 pm, or 6:30 pm at the latest at City Hall. Note that there is no rule that says we have to meet at City Hall. It just needs to be a public place so that members of the public can attend our meetings. It could be the Community Center or Plumb Library, for example.

In the past, it was the fourth Wednesday of each month. But that is not written in stone, we can change it. When meetings are at City Hall, the busiest times are Tuesdays and Thursdays. Fridays no one ever wants meetings. Mondays and Wednesdays it’s easier to find a room. But if you’re able to find an alternative location, then that opens up Tuesdays and Thursdays as a possibility.
