Wow, Wells Hollow Creamery wants to adopt Beard Sawmill/Farmill Crossing and Commerce Drive and the part of Long Hill Cross that is open.

 During the busy season we employ up to 50 people. There are always days that aren’t so great weatherwise I can have a couple crewmembers throw the vests on to go for a trash walk! I also get requests all season long from people who need to put in volunteer hours so this would be the perfect thing to do

 After talking with my team, we are willing to take on Long Hill Cross Road & also Commerce Drive if you’re still looking for someone. I will get the forms over to you today & WHC manager Julianne Lucia will be heading up the team to get these streets looking good again!

We have a couple roads in town that were formally adopted but were then abandoned, and Beard Sawmill is one of them. Did you see the form to print out on the website? Just fill that out and send it in and we can order your sign. Be sure to think carefully how you want your name on the sign and enter that on the form exactly. The more words/letters there are on the sign, the smaller they are. Many thanks.

I’m looking at the list of adopt a  Street companies and it shows Searz Home improvement as being the company maintaining Beard sawmill Road & Far Mill Crossing. Currently these two rows are a night mare-nobody is clearly maintaining the trash.

Can Wellshollow Creamery LLC take it over please? Thank you.

NICE!!, we, (the Far Mill River association), do yearly clean-up at the RT 8 bridge on BSM rd, but it gets a lot of litter throughout the year, so that would be great
