Clean Sweep Patch

Wow. I generally am not a fan of AI, which I find to be pretty dystopian, but I just experimented with using AI images to design a 2026 patch for Clean Sweep. I didn’t know what to expect, but I was thinking of using a Barred Owl, with a 2” patch, so that’s what I told it. Within 5 minutes I got the attached patch. Just wow. I the past I’ve spent hours at a minimum, and sometimes days figuring out a design. 5 minutes. Boom.

I’ve never been a Luddite. I just didn’t want to pass time playing with photos using AI, mostly because AI uses a tremendous amount of electricity and water. I’ve used ChatGTP for a couple years on occasion to help rewrite some generic blurbs, or if I’ve got writer’s block and need help with a specific line. I’ve never had a need to use the image aspect of AI before.
