This is a cart truck from Stratford that lost it's load on the way to
the recycle center. Earlier this week one flipped over while turning
onto Long Hill Ave from River Rd.

An entire truck flipped over?
I sometimes see recycling trucks going down Bridgeport Ave with paper or cardboard or whatever flying out the back, and then they turn to get on Route 8. I figured because those are state roads, there wasn't much incentive for local enforcement. But Long Hill Ave or Platt, those are local roads.
