Is anyone interested in doing a table at the event below? April is crazy busy for me and I just can’t take the time for it.

Hi Teresa,

 

We have our annual earth day event coming up next month, April 19^th 11am to 2:00pm.  I hope you are available to come.  I will provide the table and table cloth and you can set-up earlier of course.  You can bring brochures or anything else you would like.

 

Let me know what you think.  It’s a fun event.  I had 16 vendors and almost 70 people last year.  Any other departments you work with are welcomed to participate.

Good Afternoon,

 

I know it is short notice but I am hosting an Earth Day Event for all the employees at my facility on April 20^th from 10am to 1pm.

 

Last year we had about 60 people and 16 vendors.  It would be great if you were able to participate in our fair.

 

I will provide the table and table cloth and access to power if needed.  We also provide you with lunch. 

 

This fair is for all our UBS/Cushman & Wakefield employees and subcontractors to raise awareness about the environment and what they can do themselves to make a positive impact.  So we work with our vendors to highlight some success we accomplished in our operation at the facility, as well as partner with some local community vendors to inspire what they can do outside of work.  So this is only our second fair and got a lot of great feedback last year and I am trying to make it bigger and better. 

Let me know if you are interested and if you know of anyone that can come to discuss anything about Sheltons programs, projects, conservation efforts, hiking trails, etc .  I greatly appreciate it.
