FYI, we have a large group planning on cleaning up along Todd Road on August 1 with about 40-50 expected participants over five hours. This is the Connecticut youth group “CT Speech & Action”  https://www.ctspeechandaction.org/   So I wouldn’t pick up any litter from now until then along Todd Road.
