Minutes for the June 25 meeting are attached. I didn’t realize until this morning that we did not have a quorum, since having five members at the meeting seemed like a lot. But with 11 members in the committee, we now need six members at a meeting in order to make any motions (having a meeting without a quorum is fine, you just can’t make any motions). So at the September meeting (we have no meetings in July or August), we’ll need to approve the minutes from both May and June.

 

And I suggest a standing agenda item for an update from Shelton Clean-Up Project.
