Well, it’s a start. I’m done with open space #1, which included a friendly FYI letter to a neighbor regarding a chronic encroachment (but with new owners) that I had actually document back in 1994 as a member of the Conservation Commission.

Might you want to change the order of review so that parcels we had
past questions on are reviewed sooner rather than waiting on the stack
till their batch comes up?

I leave it up to you, just a suggestion and caused by thinking of
parcel on Pearmain where last house on left was encroaching into the
open space dedication in light of recent conflict with plane club

Follow-ups on previous encroachments don't have to wait for the 5-year
review, and I also review properties where an encroachment or other issue
has been brought to my attention. The proactive reviews are separate from
the reactive reviews.

One reason I'm going in numeric order is that those are in general (but not
always) the older properties. The first one was from 1978.
