I see Tom has 3 Donovan Lane back on the agenda as a follow-up. I’ve attached the Conservation Commission letter referenced in the agenda that was sent to P&Z (cc Fran Teodosio) back in Dec 2024. This is the one where P&Z decided a fee-in-lieu-of payment wasn’t required under the regulations because the subdivision was less than ten acres. That appears to be a misreading of the regulations, as outlined in the letter. Perhaps it was too late for them to retroactively require the fee, but I did not receive any communication to that effect. I did send a follow-up email to Ginny Harger on Feb 10, 2025 asking if there was a response and did not receive a reply.
