Last night on the way home I saw someone emptying out the garage and today an excavator arrived – I assume to start removing the structure in preparation for the City’s acquisition.  Excellent.

Yep.  The owner/contractor is very efficient.

Progress from the private sector.

Demolition requires sign-off from the utilities, which would be the only delaying snag.
