The City of Shelton along with the Connecticut Department of Housing and the Fairfield County Center for Housing Opportunity is hosting a seminar on “Understanding Affordable Housing in Shelton.”
This event will take place on Thursday, March 6, 2025 in the Auditorium of Shelton City Hall at 6:00p.m. This is an in-person event, available to all boards and commissions, as well as members of the public.
It is highly encouraged that any land use board or commission involved with housing applications attend as we discuss the affordable housing requirements from the state and the current status of our affordable housing percentages within the city of Shelton.
Please share with your boards, neighbors and any resident you feel may benefit from this informational session.
