The attached memo from Planning and Zoning was rec’d earlier this week. Note in the memo that BOA has not put the open space acceptance item on their agenda in two months, so PZC is asking for Conservation’s opinion on alternate forms of preservation.  They are specifically asking CC to consider the use of a pedestrian easement to allow some public access.
