The below video was from this morning.
I'm sure the water has exasperated the issues.
Teresa's out of office today, but she was/is aware of this.
Emailed Ron at IW enforcement, and although he is out of office today also, staff stopped work on site (per his email).  Ron's email said that they had issued an IW permit (Their April minutes are not online)

Thank you Tom for sharing that video and information.  My company is directly across the street and it's been awful watching the speed of destruction with the tree machinery.  It's upsetting how water temperatures and stream life will be affected when the sun shines on the water way.
