Jim: Teresa/Bill/Tom met last month discussing our current budget, amts left and expected expenditures.  We will discuss during budget report portion of Teresa's report.  If there is anything someone has in mind regarding a need for FY 07/08, be prepared for WedPM.  The Jun mtg may be to late for FY 07/08 as the finance dept usually freezes all expenditures in mid-Jun to ease the closing of books (which I never quite understood).

 

Regarding the OSPlan: the Community Resource Committee didn't meet last month as far as I know (although I'm not techincally on that committee from our CC, I've been attending their gatherings but couldn't make the April date).  We could move forward the draft plan process without their input of identifying resources (assign it as a task, ala the Plan of C&D having the CC update the OSPlan) or we could do it ourself as the burden of new applications has fallen off.  I agree with Jim that we need to move it fwd somehow though.
