Teresa:1 month without your email address book restored?  Yeah, that would work in the real world.

 

All: I've share with some of you that my recently being elected as P&Z Alternate may create a conflict with the City Charter that nobody recognized until last week, and may cause me needing to make a choice between service on CC or PZC.  I have an email in to City Counsel requesting clarification before our Wed CC mtg.

 

Teresa: with new membership, could you compile a listing of all member contact info that is up do date.  This is for our sharing as internal use, not for public disbursement.

When I send the minutes for the BOA I just send them to Theresa Adcox.  She said she forwards them to the Aldermen.  This cuts down on all the recipients.  Hope this will help on your address book.
