We have a problem in that meetings at City Hall can start no later than 6:30 pm. The Trails Committee meets at 5:00 now, so if Conservation meets at 6:30 it works with Trails.

This was a rule for years after the pandemic. I just checked the current calendar and I see a couple boards meeting at 7 pm, so maybe that rule has been relaxed. The Anti-Litter Committee changed their meeting time to 6:30 because I was told no meeting starts after 6 pm, or 6:30 at the very latest per the Mayor. I think it was a custodian issue. I’ll go ahead and try to reserve the room for 7 pm and see what happens. P&Z has a meeting in the auditorium starting at 6 pm.
