Sounds like they need this kind of supplies to mend broken limbs from  what I hear.

Maria Christina, I am in Europe and cannot work efficiently
over the telephone from here, also I am travelling this week so I will not be much on email for a few days

However, in copy there are 2 local contacts who can advise you on local situation, Herman and Akhmad,  and also, I attach a list of hostpitals in the ared for your perusal

Although I am sure that plaster will be useful to most hospitals, I suggest someone locally gives them a call to assess if there is any specific priority

Otherwise, please deliver to whatever hospital is on your route.
