Dear development partners,

thanks to those that were able to join us this afternoon for the pre-meeting for the December 2 event. 

As requested, please find attached a pdf version of Volume 1 of the PDNA. It has some slight changes in the data on p. 37 compared to the hardcopy version handed out at the meeting. Tomorrow, we will distribute volume 2 with the sectoral detail.

I would like to request all to keep the distribution limited to people withing your respective agencies.

For any questions on substance, please do not hesitate to contact Jehan Arulpragasam.
