I asked Eli about doing us a website, and he said he’d be willing, and he gave me this info about cost etc.:
I use Weebly and I have three answers for their cost.
1. It's completely free if you use a sub domain of
Weebly but that means your web address would look something like this...
"www.yoursite.weebly.com"
2. It's $40 a year if you want your own domain, which
would look like this...
"www.yoursite.com"
3. It's an additional $96 a year if you want some
added features which you can read about here...

(I'm thinking it wouldn't be worth it for you though)
The best of these options for the auction in my opinion is the second one.
And yes, I just researched it and figured out how to add PayPal payment options directly on your site. I tested it with my basic personal PayPal account and it seemed to function ok, so you shouldn't have to have one of PayPal's fancy business accounts or anything to do this. :)
