Shelter Board Updates

Scott and I can make it on the new meeting date of Thursday, July 23, at Ozinam House.

The Power Lunch okayed our Shelter Board visits.  There was only one question from a participant regarding the rules, which I'll send privately to Brigid, as she knows the participant and his previous donations and has the most experience accecpting items.

Scott is making copies of the donation form and the procurement letter.  When I visit the shelters I'm leaving three copies of the procurement letter and one copy of the donation form.  Participants can pick up more of anything at the SHARE office.  

 

Meanwhile I'll order more of the large forms next week.  Shelter Board members can either go to the SHARE office prior to your shelter visits to pick up copies of the letter and form, or you could print out the letter Joanne sent out earlier and I can scan a copy of the donation form and send out for you to print.  Remember that the letter is two-sided.

Cathy, reminder to renew Maestro before Tuesday.  I'm to contact NW Benefit.
