Dear Shelter Working Group Members,
As many of you will recall, it was decided at the recent Disaster Emergency Response (DER) Group meeting on 3 May 2009, chaired by the Director General, Disaster Management Bureau, that key clusters/working groups should pre-monsoon preparedness meetings.
In this regard, I kindly request your attendance at the Shelter Working Group meeting on pre-monsoon emergency shelter preparedness on Wednesday 20 May 2009 at 3pm. The meeting will be held at the CDMP Conference Room, Level 6, Disaster Management & Relief Bhaban, Dhaka, with Eng. Md. Abu Sadeque, Director (Admin), Disaster Management Bureau in the Chair.
