What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Build from the source release r239 svn (./configure --disable-pam
--disable-runtime-loading ...)
2. Install Shellinabox by running dpkg -i
3. exec 3</path/certificate.pem
4. shellinaboxd -d --cert-fd=3 -s /:LOGIN

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Message of the day is displayed but CLI exit just after, and the following
errors appear :
- on the console :
Child terminated
Handling "POST" "/?"
Failed to find session: b71Cv5MVf3pjNMEzy9NU7A
- on the navigator :
Auto configuration failed

The same S.I.A.X worked correctly on Mandriva (kernel 2.6.33).

This ought to be worked out for 2.11.
