More Photos Discovered...

Greetings and Happy New Year fellow Shellakers et al,

We begin the year with a whole load of new and unexpected mysteries.

Having convinced myself last December that I'd accounted for all photo
albums in my possession, during a Winter tidy up TWO more have
suddenly come to light.

Many of the contents are readily identifiable and all have been duly
scanned and added to the archive, but, there are a number of faces and
locations which I do not recognise at all.

Clearly Lizzie Brown and Fay Joyce appear in some but it would be nice
to be able to annotate them with details of other people appearing and
the occasions if at all possible.

I'd be particularly interested in anything anyone knows concerning the
large group shots featuring Lizzy Brown.

But, most fascinating of all are the rather old looking individual
shots and portraits of people whom I cannot recall ever having come
across before such as: 232, 373, 192, 290, 195, 238, 241, 288, 233,
296, 347, 371 and 441.

Most especially who are the two ladies in 288/333 and 296 ???

Some of the prints have possibly helpful hints on the back which also
appear along with the photos.

Well, that's all for now - hopefully that's plenty to be thinking
about!

Please, if anyone thinks they can help with information about any of
these pictures then simply reply to this message. All clues and
guesses gratefully received.

Also, if anybody wants CD/DVD copies of all the original scans then
please let me know (the files are simply too many and too large to e-
mail).

Hi Colin

Happy New Year to you and Merlin hope you are keeping well. Photo 236 is
Yvonne's wedding (the first one that is) to Glyn the father of Leon and
Yvette. Mum has been rather poorly the affects of caring for Dad, sadly Dad
is in a care home at the moment whilst Mum as chance to try and recover but
I fear Dad will remain there. Anyway I will give you a call soon.

Hi Colin,
I was just having a look at the family tree and found a couple of
errors. The photo you have of Yvonne is actually me and I never
married a Richard Preston, ( never heard of him).

I married Michael Peacock in Nov. 1970 - no children

Peter William Wright in 1974 - son Sean Patrick 17/03/74

Graham William Burke (met and lived together 1976) married in 1982-I think!
Children - Caroline Fay Burke & Louise Yvonne Burke

Andrew Ian Turner Royal Marine. met 1983 married in 1986
children's name change to Turner

Steven William Lowe married 1993 & remarried in 2003

Don't expect there will be any further info to add. lol

We have children Bethany Fay March 99, Alfie Stephen sept 06, Freddie graham oct 07, Sophie Harriet Lillian Joyce Dec 10, all Miller obviously.
