NEW SERVICE STARTS THIS SUNDAY!!!

WELCOME BACK... NOW FOR SOME BIG NEWS...

It's been almost three years in the making -- a praise band led worship
service at Mabel White. It all starts this weekend. Here's the deal.

Sunday School will start at 9:30 in our same classroom. I will start
teaching sometime between 9:50 and 10:00.

The second worship service (which will be the "new", praise band led
service) will start at 11:00.

It's gonna be a historic day for the church and I hope many of you can
attend. I had lunch with Lee Sheppard and Glen Canup yesterday and,
using 80's vernacular, they are PUMPED. I think Lee actually vibrated
during most of the meal. It's gonna be a great day Sunday. Hope to
see you there/

p.s. -- the church is having a "high attendance day" this coming Sunday
in coordination with going to two services -- I really encourage you to
bring friends Sunday.
