Hi all,
There are three yearly reports (attached below) that will need to be approved at this year's AGM on March 21st at 6.30pm. All currently subscribing members are entitled to vote and it will take place in person at the hackspace.
If you'd like any more information about the documents, such as a further breakdown of the finances or anything like that, feel free to email us at trus...@sheffieldhackspace.org.uk
As a reminder, the online election for two trustee positions is due to close at midnight on Sunday 20th March. The vote is anonymous and uses the Scottish STV method where you may rank each candidate by order of preference. It's the trustees who volunteer their time to help run the hackspace and so it is definitely worth the 5 minutes it takes to vote because it does make a difference.
