Dear all,
Our Articles of Association set out how the process of electing trustees is run. For anyone not familiar with these articles they are a kind of "constitution" for how the hackspace is governed and are legally binding. They are set out in a publicly listed document on the Companies House website but please ask if you'd like a pdf copy.
With that in mind, if you would like to be eligible to vote then you will need to make sure that your membership subscription is up to date.
If there are more than two candidates then the election for trustees will commence on March 7th and will use an STV method. To be eligible to vote then a membership payment must have been made between January 21st and March 7th.
The AGM will be held on March 21st and similarly, a membership payment needs to have been made between February 7th and March 21st.
