Work started on SheerCMS Release 0.9.1

Work has started on the next version of SheerCMS, version 0.9.1.
This will, hopefully, be the last feature adding release before the
release of version 1.0.
After this version's release there will be one or two bug fixing
releases, before SheerCMS loses it's Beta status.

Issues to be fixed in version 0.9.1:

Features
* Improved inline code comments .
* New Breadcrumb control.
* Input validation for Guestbook entries.
* Confirmation questions on deletion within the Administration
console.
* Preview page view in the Administration console Page Editor.
* Change the Description editor for List items to use FCKEditor.
* Allow administrators to define the Search Output page. This requires
moving the Search Output code into a seperate control.
* Redirect non-Friendly Name incoming urls to Friendly Name urls, if
Friendly Names enabled.

Bugs
* <, & and > are not being escaped if entered as text within Page and
Section content editors.
* Search control not outputing links in Friendly Name format if
Friendly Names enabled.
