Considering disable/remove fall-back of I/O nic

Hi all, to make a long story short I think the feature of fall-back of I/O nic is not reliable and probably that's even more true with manual recovery.

On a testing cluster I got my vdi corrupted because the I/O cable got disconnected by a colleague of mine.

I think we should discuss about this feature.
