We Need more share holders if possible

There are about 186 share holders who were stuck. If we can get the
word out to all blogs out there . Maybe we can get them before they
dump for their loss. This usually happens @ the end of the year which
our friends @ Shearson are counting on. So there are less share
holders willing to file --Lets not let them win this dishonest fight.

I think right now we're just trying to get a head count of enough people for the law firm to decide if they want to handle the case or not. I'm hoping that we do... If the law firm deems that they have enough people willing to go forward with the case, then they'll put out a statement asking for people affected to officially sign up and be part of the class action. Just stay tuned with fingers crossed that we get enough...

The last that I heard is that we are still waiting to see if the law firm is willing to take the case on. I still hope so. The boards have been silent for about the past month and just wanted to get a reply out so people know that we are all still alive and willing to go...

Hi David --It's still alive we're still looking -- for the right
lawyer. It's involved and it seems we've been taken advantage of by
the last class action suit. Will try to get some info from the SEC --
but in the past they have been tight lipped.
