The legal process is taking time

Just wanted to let everyone know where still in the game. It's just
taking time. There is a possibility also of the SEC taking action (of
course they won't say if a investigation is taking place) soon.

Research is still going on --will post as I get info. We need some
inquiries to SEC if charges/completion of investigation has taken
place. That would be a great help. In the meantime I'll try to find
out who the investigator was on this case.
