Has there been any luck in finding a firm? There's probably a time
limit to submit a case

I haven't heard anything in a while. I still have my shares in my TD account because I haven't had them taken off the books yet. I might not either just because TD says that I'll have to pay them 9.99 for the transaction. I can't see spending another $10 on this turd.
