No case, we got dismissed!!

Talked to the law firm today, our case has been dismissed.. we're
screwed. The lawyer told me we're welcome to pursue the case on our
own, but no lead plaintiff had been named and he's not going to bother
with the case and longer.
I'm willing to help out if anyone else wants to rally and get another
suit going!

Linus -- I'm hoping I didn't overreact --I've placed a call to the
Lawyer and waiting for his response. I'll also research the court
posts --- Who did u speak to ????
