Well we have been sold out on this one !!!

I just got off the phone with the court clerk --- we were sold out by
the lead Plaintiff --- It wasn't the Judge that ruled to dismiss but a
order placed by John Ricke to dismiss(on both defendants)So it's
obvious they payed him off . What clever operators. I will talk to a
lawyer but it seems we've been had -- I'm thinking of suing personally
--forget about a class action suite -- I'm still wondering if this is
legal --- I can go on ranting but that wouldn't be productive. So lets
put our heads together and see what we can come up with. Again Sorry

I am currently having a lawyer look over the case --- I will keep
everyone informed as to what we can do. I'm pretty sure being the lead
plaintiff withdrew we still have a case. I'll know more soon.
