BRING FRIENDS: If you have some friends who haven't come before, why
not poke them with bacon until they do? If hanging out with their
hacker peers isn't enough to convince them, entice them with the
snacks, caffeine, and alcohol. For truly recalcitrant friends, use the

POTLUCK: We too are affected by the economic downturn. Our kindly long-
time sponsors, Mohr Davidow Ventures, can't afford to carry us
anymore. We are therefore entirely dependent on hackers like you. We
will kindly accept donations of snacks, caffeine, and alcohol to share
with your DevHouse peers.

SWIMMING: The pool and hottub will be heated and the AC will be on.
Bring your suit and towel if you wish to swim, if it is hot you will
be glad you did. There will also be a fire pit setup out by the pool
if you want to bring the makings for s'mores.
