Dear all SHD Cadets,
 
Please noted that you are required to attend both Annual Parade and Rehearsal to claim your annual efficiency.
It is not only our division policy, is the whole Cadet Command's Policy.
If you are not available to attend both or either one, please inform and give your excuse to your PAO or CL.

Officers and Cadet Members of Region C,

Recently I have received emails from some of you informing me that you may not be able to attend either the Annual Parade Rehearsal, the Annual Parade or both. I'd like to thanks all of you for your notification.

However, some points that all of you have you take into account.

According to the practices, all Officers and Cadet Members have to attend BOTH the Parade and the rehearsal regardless to their division participation. Therefore, you need to attend the both in order to claim your efficiency. Understanding that some of you may not be free from work in both days, discretion can be sought from the Region OIC via your respective Corps OIC under the following situation:

Absent in	Actions
Rehearsal and / or Parade	Written Explanation to your Region OIC for approval via Corps OIC for recommendation

Although some of you have sent me email and explaining the reasons for your absence, your BLACK & WHITE WRITTEN EXPLANATION is essential if you or any of your cadets still haven't submitted written memo under such circumstances. 

Therefore, please make sure your have completed the right procedure before the parade.
