First Aid Certificate Course



Please be informed that a First Aid Certificate Course (previous named
as Adult First Aid Course) is going to commence. Details are as
follows:



Date : 27, 28, 29 & 30 December 2009 (Reserve: 2 January
2010)

Time : 10 am – 6:30 pm
Venue : Room 303, Hong Kong St. John Ambulance Hqrs., 2
Macdonnell Road .
Examination : 16 January 2010 (Sat.) 9:30 am – 12:30 pm at HK St.
John Amb. Hqrs.
Deadline for application : 23 November 2009

Remarks : Priority will be given to cadets reach 16 years old or
above.



Anyone who is interested to apply for the course, please complete and
submit the attached application form 204C by e-mail to cadet-
k...@stjohn.org.hk on or before the deadline. Please submit the form 204C
in MS Word file. No need to submit course fee HK$ 130.00/cadet upon
application, until the applicants had been accepted after selection.
Further notification will be given to successful divisions after
deadline.
