Dear all Officers/Tics/Dic & Cadets,

 

Attached please find the proficiency course and basic home nursing course for your application. Kindly complete the proficiency course application form and submit with stamped envelope on or before deadline. For the application of Basic Home Nursing course, please only submit the application form 204B to cadet office on or before deadline. (No need to submit course fee and equipment fee until the applicants had been accepted after selection.)
